Our Services
Three Formats, Each for a Different Need
Not every family law situation requires the same kind of support. Cahaya offers three distinct service formats — each with a clear scope, a fixed fee structure, and a consistent approach to client communication.

How We Work
Every engagement at Cahaya follows the same underlying principles, regardless of which service format applies.
Listen First
We listen to your situation fully before suggesting any course of action. No assumptions are made in advance.
Confirm in Writing
Every consultation and key development is followed by a written summary, provided to the client for their records.
Outline All Options
We explain the realistic paths available — including mediation, negotiated settlement, and formal proceedings — before any path is chosen.
Stay the Distance
The same named practitioner stays with the client from the first consultation through to the conclusion of the matter.
Service 01
Quiet Family Consultation
A confidential first conversation for clients navigating family-law matters, conducted at a deliberate pace that respects the personal nature of such circumstances. The consultation may address divorce or separation under civil or Syariah jurisdiction, custody and access matters, child or spousal maintenance, the division of matrimonial assets, family business interests, or the consideration of pre- or post-marital agreements. The session is held in private and is followed by a written summary the client may revisit at any time.

Service 02
Considered Divorce & Custody Representation
Measured legal representation for clients pursuing or responding to divorce, separation, or custody proceedings. The engagement begins with careful listening and document review, and continues with considered correspondence, mediation support where appropriate, and court representation where required. Throughout, the wellbeing of any children involved is held as a central consideration, and the pace of proceedings is set by the matter's requirements rather than external urgency. Clients are kept informed in clear language.
